The Brief

GEMS Millennium School, Sharjah sought to elevate key spaces that shape daily engagement with parents, visitors and leadership. Praxis was commissioned to transform the Reception, Parent Café, Parent Waiting Area, and the Principal’s Office, creating environments that feel welcoming, purposeful and aligned with the school’s culture.

Reception
Reimagined as a clear and welcoming first point of contact, it now creates confident first impressions while supporting smoother navigation and engagement.

Parent Café
This relaxed community hub offers parents a comfortable space to connect, converse and spend time— strengthening the school's sense of belonging.

Parent Waiting Area
Calm, considered and parent-centric, this area was designed to improve comfort and reduce friction during meetings, pick-ups and school visits.

Principal’s Office
Branded to reflect leadership, vision and approachability with subtle visual cues and refined design elements to reinforce authority while maintaining warmth and openness.
