BITS Pilani: Branding High-Impact Touchpoints

The Brief

BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus engaged Praxis to elevate key brand touchpoints that directly influence student decision-making and stakeholder perception. The scope included rebranding the Admissions Office and individual Admissions team offices, alongside the design of two critical communication tools, the Prospectus and Placement Brochure.

The objective was clear: create a cohesive, credible and contemporary admissions experience that reflects the institution’s academic excellence and global standing.

Praxis approached the engagement with a focus on consistency, clarity and credibility. Every touchpoint, spatial and printed, was designed to work together as part of a unified admissions journey.

The visual language was carefully aligned to BITS Pilani’s institutional identity, while introducing structure and modernity that supports conversation, guidance and trust-building.

Admissions Office Rebranding
The admissions office was transformed into a confident, student-centric environment that communicates clarity and professionalism. Spatial branding elements were designed to support interaction, information sharing and decision-making, ensuring the space feels both authoritative and welcoming.

Admissions Team Offices
Individual offices for the admissions team were branded to maintain consistency while allowing for functional flexibility. The result is a cohesive internal environment that reinforces brand values while supporting everyday operational needs.

Prospectus & Placement Brochure
Praxis designed the campus prospectus and placement brochure to clearly articulate the BITS Pilani experience, combining structured information with refined visual storytelling. Both publications were crafted to communicate academic rigour, campus life and career outcomes with confidence and clarity.
