GEMS Dubai American Academy launched its new Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The vision of the Center of Excellence is to promote education and research activities in the field of AI and Robotics. It bridges the gap between businesses and educators harnessing the intellectual energy of the academic world with state-of-the-art AI and robotics technologies.

The project involved branding of two areas viz. the timeline corridor and the Centre of Excellence Hall. Artificial Intelligence as a concept is still at a nascent stage where public understanding is concerned. The timeline corridor required extensive research to develop written and visual content that illustrates the origins and evolution of technology which dates back a few centuries. The COE branding was designed for all the different zones within the Centre, showcasing the latest in technologies which were a part of the curriculum.

Praxis Advertising executed the whole project on a turnkey basis merging technology with art. The idea was to explain and simplify the technology concepts and bring the area alive. The center was launched with great fanfare in 2019.
